in my life and in my work, I’ve always been surrounded by talent.

what almost all of them have in common is being shockingly bad at explaining who they are, what they’re doing, and why anyone should care.

turns out if you were the kid every teacher reported as “talking to much” it translates into being “a storyteller” in the professional world.

to me the story is obvious.

and I haven’t always just worked on press. press is just the easiest thing to put together on a portfolio – I’ve also organised conferences, taken singles to number 1, booked major stages for my artists, built social media following, and many more things.

the heart of every project is to be able to cleanly explain what you’re doing and who it’s for.

and I do that yes in music as the founder of GLITSKÝ management. but I’ve also worked in tech, with executives and authors, and in the media.

people hire me in quiet to get the word out about their work. that’s across any and all mediums and platforms.

then sometimes they ask me to teach their students, or write in their papers, or talk on their shows.

when a story is clear, compelling, and true – it resonates.
and when it resonates, it spreads.
